- Treatment, care, and meal preparations, including nutritional supplementation for sick rhinos.
- Assisting with the care and treatment of sanctuary patients.
- Assist with the training and care of the Anti-Poaching K9 units.
- Assist with Rhino Repro procedures with experienced Veterinarians, Drs. Morné, De La Rey and Hendrik Hansen – collecting Oocytes and/or semen collection and analysis.
- A daytrip to Embryo Plus to view lab work of IVF research in Rhinos and Cattle across Africa.
- Assist with scheduled horn trimmings and DNA sampling procedures.
- Assist with emergency rescues and hospital procedures when necessary.
- Participate in Night-shift duty for intensive care Rhinos.
- Do a day-trip adventure with elephant interaction.
- Game Drives on nearby reserves.
- Case studies in practical wildlife medicine and conservation.
- Learn about success stories and be part of one.

Cost
The Rate payable for attending the Veterinary Student Programme is:
- $3,000 (USD) for 12 days.
